    Investment: $6500 Paid in Full OR $2300×3 month commitment

    Investment: $12,750 (or 3 installments of $4500)

  • Accelerated Retainer for Strong Foundation

    Investment: $15,500 Paid In Full (OR 3 installments $5400)

    Everything from the 6 month integration plus a high-touch, front loaded* approach with deep branding, guest positioning and experience, audience building, and business position early on to prevent costly mistakes, save valuable time, and gain solid ground needed before opening infrastructure.

    Moves with detail from strategy to execution quickly, including adjusted copy in developing authentic brand voice and storytelling establishing genuine trust and momentum.

    Provides adaptable and accessible mentorship in a crucial phase of creation and clarity.

    *Front loaded don’t require more time—as that can be added midway—but it does mean more clarity and planning before bigger action.

    Total of 1080 minutes of phone / zoom support*

    This is best for those who need added structure to discern authentic voice, brand identity, deeper clarity and direction in audience building, networking, will benefit from outlined marketing strategies suggested, need 60-80% direction and feedback on layout of land, offerings, and experience.

    Please note that 6 month integration and immersion programs are the maximum duration with renewable options to continue for support.

  • Long-term development Retainer

    Investment: $24,000 Structured as follows:

    6 Month Integrated or Immersive Program* with option to renew in 60 day increments

    *Your 6 month investment is deducted from the annual total

    We reevaluate your base program, progress, and pace. This container can help you

    Evaluation is performed around 120 days of onset of program to ensure mutual vision, success, and plans. Flexibility is met with deliverables and updated timelines.

    This is best for a new business, rebrand, or additional programing where testing, execution, and evaluation, are best supported by a ‘silent partner’ in the form of mentorship and consulting.

This model allows for mentorship—addressing mindset, modeling success stories, and educating through experience— while remaining a consulting space that ensures flexibility and real-time support as your business evolves. Instead of rigid sessions, you’ll receive ongoing executive guidance, marketing copy and process, customer nurturing, and business development as neededallowing for deep dives and focus when necessary and short, frequent check-ins for clarification in other phases that honors a big-picture structure.

Lauren provided our cohort with innovative ways to incorporate ecotherapy principles into their existing teaching methods, enhancing professional skills and personal well-being. The hands on activities demonstrated how engagement with the land can renew a sense of connection to nature and a clear understanding of how to leverage its benefits in teaching practice to improve students’ mental health and learning outcomes. Lauren consulted on elements to our expansion across a 1,700 acre farm and event center. Her creativity and love for nature were matched with expertise and timely availability on large and small requests as we made decisions for existing venues, developed new infrastructure, a communal center and four repurposed cabins to augment a successful AirBnb rental. We, without hesitation, will continue to see Lauren’s guidance on future build-outs and marketing strategy.

The idea that a small space is more manageable proved to yield to overwhelming possibilities. Bringing Lauren on board has been such a clarifying process from function of land placement, to programming, and marketing. Rather than worrying about social media, Lauren helped us build a 6 week email campaign and find our audience—the feedback has been amazing so far and we gained 88 subscribers to our mailing list in a week of real, local caregivers; that’s converted to a 30% growth in Spring 2025 sign ups without even advertising or having a website up yet. I have to say I was skeptical about investing so much into such a small space but just a few months in has made a world of difference and I am excited to see where this takes us! I’ll add that working with Lauren also truly feels like being seen…and seeing myself and our offerings with fresh eyes. I highly recommend her!
