One Seed Can Feed A Community.

This journey reflects the germination of a decade long seed of returning to reforest the Amazon with sacred medicine. This intention is one of reciprocity and gratitude, while supporting local community and bridging the Spirit of the plants that the Shipibo-Conibo, an indigenous tribe in this region, deeply guard and tend as part of communal and cultural healing.

Whether in connection directly with previous medicine work, facilitation with nature, or simply breathing clean air on a walk (the Amazon is responsible for 20% of the global oxygen) many of us have received so much from this part, and peoples, of Mother Earth.

This journey of giving back, and our collaboration with The Chaikuni Institute, empowers cascading support directly to the people and places that are most important to the local culture, economic stability, land preservation, and global impact of a healthy Amazon jungle.

The following videos are excerpts from some of the projects that your participation supports:

In the Kukama community of Nuevo San Juan, Celia works with five families. With Celia’s support, they are growing their own seedlings, grafting their own citrus trees, and producing their own organic fertilizers. Via Chaikuni Institute. To support them click here: globalgiving.org/projects/ayni/
