vulnerability
Each month a new, thematic group of 28 prompts is released for your personal growth. While the prompts are newly accessed on the first of the month, they are designed to be in a rhythm with the lunar flow, beginning on the waning moon (the week after the full moon). You can also use the prompts numerically in one month. Use any of the remaining days to review and revise any reflections and integrate them into your daily life.
This month’s prompts inspire an inward route for self-realization through encounters with vulnerability. Because this is such a fundamental topic and skillset for any practitioner or personal growth, I have prerecorded a Masterclass with one hour of video content, a 50 page guidebook and 28 days of integration prompts to assist you and those you serve.
